Malory

Recruiter

As a person who has a background in a few different areas, I think what has really drawn me to recruiting was helping people like me find not only a job, but a career path that they can invest their time in and be happy with. Recruiting has allowed me to give people a source to help them find a successful next step and also meet so many different types of people from different places and backgrounds.

Based on my past experiences, there’s no place where I feel more comfortable than a small company with a big idea. The smaller, family-like atmosphere of CEO has allowed me to develop relationships with coworkers and get to know everyone on a different level. Everyone here is so unique, yet we all have our quirky similarities that make it fun to work together.

Mallory works on the Office Services team and focuses on placements from Human Resources to Sales and Marketing. Her past accomplishments have been focused on temporary work, yet has experience in placing direct hires as well. Mallory has her Bachelor’s Degree in Adolescent Education and English Literature from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY, but her background also consists of past positions in Hospitality and Human Resources.

Outside of the office, Mallory can most likely be found listening to anything from classic rock to today’s pop hits. As a native Upstate New Yorker, you can always catch her attention by mentioning the Buffalo Sabres NHL team or the Adirondack Mountains. Also, since everyone has their guilty pleasures, Mallory admits that she enjoys reading Young Adult novels and watching an undisclosed amount of Netflix.
