Title: Patient Advocate – Call Center
General Function: As a Patient Advocate call center representative, you will communicate via email, instant messaging and phone. Finding the right plan for each patient. Patient satisfaction is the priority in this position.
Duties: Throughout the day the Patient advocate will accept applications over the phone. Advise patients on the correct plan to choose. Activate Plans. Apply charges to existing plans, Setup onetime and recurring monthly payments. Additionally the Patient Advocate will answer any questions the patient has.
- Experience in a call center
- Strong communication skills
- Great customer service skills
- Passionate about patient satisfaction
- Bilingual in English/Spanish desired
- Hospital experience is preferred
