JOB TASKS

  • Responding to inbound requests by telephone from active client companies
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external clients.
  • Clearly document conversation and work orders.
  • Demonstrate high level of customer service as first impression of company.
  • Work quickly and efficiently to ensure complete client satisfaction.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  •  High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 6 months in a call center environment.
  • Bilingual Spanish
  • Proficient in alpha-numeric data entry.   
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and internal/external customer service skills required.
