An international public adjusting firm, located in the center of Uptown Charlotte is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join there team.  This person with provide support to executives, the field team and marketing team.  This is an immediate opening with a great company that looks to develop employees to stay with the company long term.  


  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Send out marketing packages to potential clients 
  • Provide analytical research on potential clients 
  • Answer inbound telephone calls from client 
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks


  • 3- 10 years of experience in office administration
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • MS office, mainly Word and Excel
