CHARLOTTE – Deborah Millhouse, president of staffing and placement firm CEO Inc. (www.CEOhr.com) received the “Donald Haack Community Service Award” at a recent Midweek Business Connections (MBC) meeting. The award carries the name of diamond expert, adventurer, author and long time community supporter Donald Haack and was presented by his daughter Julie Haack, president of Donald Haack Diamonds & Fine Gems (www.DonaldHaack.com). Millhouse received the accolade for her extraordinary community involvement.

“We are very passionate about serving the community, so we are proud to sponsor this service award,” says Haack, who is an MBC member. “It’s a privilege to honor peers and business leaders such as Debby Millhouse who go above and beyond the call of duty to give back to our community.”

Prior to receiving this award, Millhouse was honored as one of the Top 50 Most Influential Women by The Mecklenburg Times in recognition of her impact on the Charlotte community. She was named to the Business Leader Hall of Fame as one of the top entrepreneurs in the Charlotte area, to the Business Leader list of Movers & Shakers, and to the Business Leader list of 2008 Women Extraordinaire, which recognizes women of extraordinary accomplishment and contribution. She was also named a 2006 Women in Business Achievement Award winner by Charlotte Business Journal for significant business accomplishments.
