Mary Cheshareck and Tim Seeburger Join Top Charlotte-Based Staffing and Recruitment Firm
Charlotte, NC, August 1, 2018 – Xcentri, an award-winning staffing and recruitment firm specializing in providing temporary and direct hire services for legal support, accounting/finance, office and administrative support, call center/customer service, and non-clinical healthcare positions in the metro-Charlotte area, today announced the addition of two new team members as part of the ongoing expansion of the firm.
Mary Cheshareck – Recruiting Manager
Cheshareck brings almost 20 years of experience in the staffing and recruitment industry to Xcentri. Mary started her career as an Executive Recruiter within the Information Technology practice of a global staffing firm, where she was a top biller within the highly competitive Chicago market. She then joined a regional practice in Illinois to help expand their reach into the accounting/finance vertical with a specific focus on the Chicago-area market. Over the last several years Mary has been working nationally focusing on Engineering, Manufacturing, HR and Supply Chain.
Tim Seeburger – Business Development Manager
Seeburger brings a unique background to his role. Prior to joining Xcentri, Tim spent several years building a highly successful home remodeling business from the ground up, honing his sales and business development skills in the highly competitive metro-Charlotte market. Seeburger’s prior experience also includes business development and project management work for a Charlotte-based general contractor where he led the team in sales production. Originally from New York, Tim moved to Charlotte as a youth. Tim has served on the executive board for Young Professionals Society for Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte and was heavily involved in fundraising campaigns for them.
