Every month, CEO Inc. donates a percentage of its profits to a selected local charity. President Debby Millhouse said, “We feel very connected to the Charlotte community and it’s our way of giving something back each month. Frankly it’s one of the true joys of being a business owner and something that gives our employees a great feeling of satisfaction and pride.” In fact, it is the CEO Inc. employees who select each month’s charity organization and take the lead in that decision making process.
For the month of September, CEO Inc. has chosen Lois’ Lodge as their charity fund recipient. Lois’ Lodge is a non-profit organization whose mission is to help women and families experiencing an unexpected pregnancy. Residential services are provided through a family-style home in Charlotte and non-residential services are provided through the Lois’ Lodge Mom Shoppe Program. Families are also provided with counseling and support, education, life preparation skills and life enriching experiences.
