Andrew Van Kirk joins the Xcentri team bringing more than 12 years of combined experience in sales, management, and customer care with him. A dynamic professional with a passion for identifying potential, creating solutions, and nurturing people and growth, Andrew is excited to contribute his skills and experience to our team.
Andrew’s widely varying background of professional experience, including sales, construction, business ownership, luxury automobile detailing and fine dining hospitality service, helps him relate from a broader perspective with both prospective clients and candidates.
Originally from the midwest, Andrew has lived in the Charlotte area with his wife and four young daughters since 2012. Thanks to his ebullient, go-getter personality, Andrew is happiest when enjoying time with friends and family, as well as networking to create and cultivate new relationships. In his free time Andrew enjoys athletics, travel, reading, listening to podcasts and dreaming up his next great business idea.
