Debby Millhouse is the Owner and President of CEO Inc. She has been honored as one of the Top 50 Most Influential Women by The Mecklenburg Times, inducted into the Business Leader Hall of Fame as one of the top entrepreneurs in the Charlotte area, and given the Women in Business Achievement Award winner by the Charlotte Business Journal.
She is a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) as designated by the American Staffing Association, Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS) as designated by the National Association of Personnel Services. Her vast experience includes executive management, sales/marketing, human resources, engineering, accounting technology and administrative/office support functions.

Sarah graduated from Kent State University with a B.A. in Business Administration and a major in Accounting. She worked for seven years as an accountant then left her career to stay home and raise her children. In 2011, when she decided to re-enter the workforce, ironically she came to CEO Inc. as a candidate. We found the perfect job for her—right here in our own office. Sarah now handles our front desk running the switchboard and assisting candidates as they come for interviews. She also assists with payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Sarah and her husband are avid soccer and baseball fans and you’ll likely find them at the respective fields cheering their children’s teams on. She says, “Between high school sports and their travel club sports, our weekends are pretty full.” But when she does find the occasional downtime, Sarah loves to work on her cross-stitching which she says is a bit of a personal passion.
Annette Metcalf professional background includes being the office manager and volunteer coordinator for the non-profit organization Lois’ Lodge. She has also served in managerial and assistant roles at Church at Charlotte and Bank of America. She received her B.A. in Business Education from Elon College in North Carolina.

Diana joins Xcentri with a strong professional background and successful track record of over 7 years in both in Human Resources and IT Consulting Services. Diana’s prior experiences and expertise bring a unique perspective to Xcentri, enabling her to leverage a variety of technologies and techniques to successfully source and connect top candidates with her clients. Ms. Bhatt has degrees in both Information Technology and Human Resources and prides herself on helping her clients and candidates meet their professional goals.
Lilly Kates joins Xcentri with several years of successful recruiting experience. She enjoys the personal nature of the role, particularly when it enables her to build deep connections and impact people’s lives. Lilly honed her skills in customer satisfaction through a degree in Hotel Management from Hebrew University in Tel Aviv and subsequent work in the hospitality industry.
Lilly is a world traveler; a transplant from Israel, and before that New Jersey. Lilly has enjoyed the mild weather and warm personalities of Charlotte, North Carolina since 2012. When she can find spare hours away from work Lilly can be found spending time with her husband, son, and excessively energetic Boston Terrier.
Lisa Dickson joins Xcentri with several years of Direct Hire staffing experience, as well as a unique background concentrated in Non-Profit Organizations. Over the years she has discovered her drive for working with others, specifically in helping them achieve their personal and professional goals.
Lisa is a native North Carolinian, originally from Greensboro. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Arts Studies and Minor in Arts Entrepreneurship from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC. After completing an internship in the mountains of NC, she moved to Charlotte to round out her experience living in the three largest cities in the state. During free time, she enjoys working on pen and ink drawings, painting, and spending time with her German Shepherd mix, Lana Kane.

BreAnna Jordan is excited to join the Xcentri team and bring along her strong recruiting experience that has developed over the years.
